Art critics and art lovers have been calling them the “Nahle phenomenon” for it is rare that a prominent artist produces five children who embrace art as their only dedication in life.“Each one of the Nahliyyoun, the Nahle family, have proven to be an independent, creative figure in the world of art, though they
make one phenomenal identity under the umbraella of their father Wajih,” says Joseph Abou Rizk.
“Yes we are one, and,yes we are six! We are one entity known as Al Nahliyyoun in the big world of art, but each Nahle has a special task, orientation and realm of thinking,” says Wajih.
